The Cesarean Birth Healing Circle is a one-day workshop held several times a year in which women who have had cesarean sections can explore their experience of cesarean birth, heal remaining emotional scars and celebrate themselves as birthing women.

Each workshop is limited to six participants. Mothers whose babies are "in arms" ( not yet mobile ) are welcome to bring their babies. The workshop gives each woman an opportunity to tell her story taking as much time as she needs. Story telling is followed by gentle rituals for letting go and affirmation as well as guided relaxation and visualization.
